Share your Sacred Sightings!

I believe that life is a sacred adventure and everyday we see signs that point to the presence of daily sacred encounters all around us. What do we do with these “sacred sightings”? Embrace them, ignore them, or just rush past them?

These sacred pauses are not usually big events, but are small and simple, meant to bring the important things in our lives back into focus. They are brief moments between the ordinary that can make all the difference in a day.

A Cherokee meditation that I use in my workshops says, “Most of the time we live ‘in between’, but that middle ground can be as rewarding as the highest plane.”

I would like for you to share ways you have a “sacred pause” in your busy day.
o How do you hit the “pause button of life”?
o Are there daily rituals you find comforting?
o How do you create a sacred space in your home?
Please share your thoughts in the comments below and I believe your words will help others find the stillness they are searching for everyday.
